坦络新对减轻上尿路结石患者微创手术后留置双J管不良反应的疗效观察(2)
综上所述，笔者认为对于上尿路结石微创手术后留置DJ管的患者术后使用α受体阻滞剂坦络新可明显减少腰腹部疼痛、血尿及膀胱刺激症状等的发生率，有助于患者术后的快速康复，具有一定的临床应用价值。
