股骨近端锁定板与DHS治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效分析(2)

基于两种手术固定方式治愈率相近，在材质同等条件下，术者应根据操作技术掌握熟练程度确定固定方式。但对于合并严重骨质疏松者，任何方式都难以达到坚强的固定效果。LPFP操作简单，创伤小，固定牢固，并发症少，值得临床推广并加予研究改良。对于严重骨质疏松的老年股骨粗隆间骨折，当前固定方式依然存在较大的改进空间。
