【摘要】目的：本文分析了外固定支架用于四肢长骨骨不连的临床效果。方法：对本院2010-2012年41例应用外固定支架来治疗四肢长骨骨不连患者进行观察，然后在患者术后进行早期功能锻炼，并适当的对外固定支架进行加压调节，以此来达到临床愈合的效果。结果：全组患者随访8~19个月，平均11个月。平均治愈时间为5.5个月，未出现神经损伤、血管损伤，患者的关节功能恢复较好。结论：外固定支架具有固定牢固，操作简单，而且不会干扰植骨和血供，治疗四肢长骨骨不连效果显著。
