【摘要】 目的：探讨CT增强扫描在肝脏创伤中的诊断价值。方法：选取本院收治肝脏创伤患者76例，对患者进行CT检测和CT增强扫描。将患者肝脏扫描影像及其手术治疗效果进行对比。结果：76例患者CT检测显示肝内存在不规则低密度阴影，肝脏周围显示液性低密度影像，CT增强检查的图像清晰。结论：CT增强扫描可以清晰显示肝脏损伤部位及损伤程度，有效提高诊断率。
