【摘要】 教学查房虽是综合医院的常规性工作，但常被忽视。规范的教学查房不但是培养实习进修学生的重要途径，更主要的是提高本院临床医师的综合素质和学习能力，是医院文化的传承。通过教学查房培养合格的基层全科医生，实现医师的再培养，从而提高医院的综合实力，适应医疗改革的需要，为建立三级卫生网络提供保障。
