【摘要】 Stathmin在多种恶性肿瘤细胞中都高水平表达，Stathmin蛋白可以改变细胞的增殖、分化、活性等生物学行为。Stathmin的过表达可影响抗微管化学治疗药物的疗效。Stathmin在胃肠道肿瘤中也有高水平表达，针对Stathmin的研究对肿瘤的治疗有重要的意义。
