目前，OECs的研究仍存在以下问题：OECs移植治疗SCI的主要作用机制；OECs移植的数量；OECs移植的最佳时机；OECs的最优来源及提纯；临床远期治疗效果及评价方法等。这些都有待于进一步地深入研究解决。
