【摘要】 目的：探讨癫痫与血清尿酸(serum uric acid， SUA)的代谢异常的关系。方法：采用比色法测定70例癫痫和70例正常成人SUA的水平。结果：癫痫组的SUA水平为(399.37±129.23)μmol/L，明显高于正常组的(316.56±66.84)μmol/L，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；癫痫按病因分类后，其SUA水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：癫痫患者存在尿酸代谢异常。
