【摘要】 《物理诊断学》是医学生接触临床的首门桥梁课程，其教学意义在于帮助学生建立临床专业兴趣，奠定扎实的物理诊断和体格检查基本功。而更为重要的是培养学生的临床思维能力，从而尽可能缩短医学生成熟期和医学知识传承时间。为提高物理诊断教学效率，笔者总结出“暴露→定位→手法→结构、功能”这一教学思维主线，将其贯穿于授课始终，反复强调及应用于每项体格检查中，实用性强并取得了较好的教学效果。
