【摘要】 近年来，阳痿的发病有逐年增加和日益年轻化的趋势。中青年阳痿患者中绝大多数是功能性阳痿，阳郁是中青年功能性阳痿发病的主要原因，应以通阳法作为主要的治疗方法。笔者运用《伤寒论》通阳法治疗中青年功能性阳痿取得了较好的疗效。通过3个治疗功能性阳痿的具体实例和体验，阐明了如何运用《伤寒论》通阳法来治疗中青年功能性阳痿，认为随着研究的深入，《伤寒论》通阳法必将更加广泛的运用于临床。
