【摘要】 目的：探讨运用Mammotome微创旋切术切除不同深度乳腺良性肿块的方法和技巧。方法：对140例215处非乳头乳晕区乳腺良性肿块进行超声引导下Mammotome微创旋切术，根据肿块位于乳房的不同深度，将其分为4种：后间隙肿块、腺体内肿块、近腺体表面肿块、皮下肿块，术后随访6个月明确治疗效果。结果：140例患者共切除肿块215个，直径5～25 mm，其中，后间隙肿块51个，腺体内肿块109个，近腺体表面肿块45个，皮下肿块10个，病理均证实为良性；3例术后出现皮肤瘀斑，1例出现明显血肿，术后6个月随访无复发。结论：超声引导下的Mammotome微创旋切术适用于不同深度的非乳头乳晕区乳腺良性肿块，适当运用方法技巧，能避免不必要的损伤，减少病灶残留。
