【摘要】 目的：观察胸腔内置管注入洛铂和香菇多糖治疗恶性胸腔积液的疗效。方法：收治恶性胸腔积液60例，随机数字表法分为两组，经皮胸腔内置管引流尽胸液后，治疗组30例予胸腔内注入洛铂50 mg+香菇多糖4 mg，对照组30例予顺铂40 mg/m2注入胸腔。结果：治疗组总有效率和生活质量改善率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组毒副作用相近。结论：洛铂联合香菇多糖胸腔内化疗治疗恶性胸腔积液安全有效。
