【摘要】 目的：探讨小切口精细化被膜解剖技术在甲状腺切除手术中的应用。方法：回顾性分析小切口精细化被膜解剖技术在92例甲状腺手术中的应用。结果：患者术后均无低血钙症发生，1例患者术后出现声音嘶哑，在术后第3天恢复，无切口感染等并发症发生。结论：小切口精细化被膜解剖技术安全有效，患者的依从性良好，值得推广。
