【摘要】 目的：探讨高频彩超在乳腺癌中的诊断价值。方法：回顾性分析43例经手术病理证实的乳腺癌患者的声像图表现及彩色血流特点。结果：43例病患中结节呈低回声，边界欠清晰，22例有沙砾样钙化，16例合并腋窝或锁骨上淋巴结肿大，31例结节周边或内部均探及彩色多普勒(CDFI)血流信号，符合率为81%(39/43)，误诊率19%(4/43)。结论：乳腺癌超声表现具有特异性，二维图像与CDFI结合有利于提高乳腺癌超声诊断的准确性。
