【摘要】 目的：探讨超声乳化手术治疗高龄糖尿病白内障患者的疗效。方法：采用拦截劈核技术对95例(146眼)晶体核硬度为Ⅳ级以上的高龄糖尿病白内障患者行超声乳化摘除+人工晶体植入术。结果：术中并发症发生率<10%，术后并发症发生最多的为角膜水肿，与对照组发生率基本相等；术后3个月矫正视力≥0.5者占39.7%。结论：拦截劈核技术的熟练应用可有效减少高龄糖尿病白内障患者超声乳化术中及术后并发症。
