【摘要】 目的：探讨放疗后复发宫颈癌介入栓塞治疗的方式、时机、药物及栓塞剂的选择。方法：对于放疗后复发宫颈癌患者介入栓塞化疗的临床应用和研究进展进行归纳总结。结果：放疗后复发宫颈癌介入栓塞治疗应选择在手术或放疗前进行，选用以铂类为主的联合化疗及可以缓释药物的栓塞剂。结论：宫颈复发癌应给介入栓塞化疗先行的积极的综合治疗。
