【摘要】 目的:利用冠状动脉CTA测量成人左主干的长度并对其进行分型。方法:收集218例行冠状动脉CTA患者的血管分析图像,对其左主干长度进行精确测量,并依据其长度情况进行分型。结果:218受试者,其冠状动脉左主干长度分布范围在0~23.9 mm,其中左主干长度为0 mm者,属于无主干型;其长度小于5.4 mm为短干型;长度介于5.4~16.6 mm间为普通型;大于16.6 mm者归为长干型。结论:冠状动脉CTA可以准确对左主干长度进行测量及分型。【关键词】 冠状动脉; 左主干; 体层摄影术; X线计算机
【Abstract】 Objective: To measure length of left main coronary artery and classify with coronary artery CTA. Method: To collecte vessel analysis images of 218 patients who underwent coronary artery CTA, and accurately measured their length of coronary artery left main, and according to classify with its length.
