【摘要】 目的：观察骶棘韧带固定术治疗子宫脱垂患者的效果。方法：将39例子宫脱垂的患者分为观察组和对照组。观察组患者行腹腔镜辅助下全子宫切除术+腹腔镜下骶棘韧带固定术治疗，对照组患者单纯行腹腔镜辅助下全子宫切除术。记录两组患者的术中出血量、手术时间和住院时间；记录2年后两组患者术后的腹部下坠感、阴道穹隆膨出和憋尿等情况。结果：观察组患者的手术时间比对照组长，但两组患者的术中出血量和住院时间则无明显差异。观察组患者术后的腹部下坠感、阴道穹隆膨出发生率明显比对照组少，而术后的憋尿时间则比对照组长。结论：腹腔镜下行骶棘韧带固定术可加强单纯全子宫切除术治疗子宫脱垂患者的效果。
