【摘要】 目的：探讨胎儿头位异常对产程及母婴的影响。方法：选取本院2012年12月-2014年8月收治的经产前检查发现胎儿头位异常的56例孕妇(试验组)和胎儿头位正常的56例孕妇(对照组)，对两组产程情况以及对母婴的影响进行对比分析。结果：试验组的有效率为64.29%，对照组的有效率为89.29%；试验组42.86%的孕产妇能够进行阴道顺产，而对照组89.29%的孕产妇进行阴道顺产；试验组不良反应发生率为48.21%，对照组为23.21%；差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：胎儿头位异常对产程和母婴影响较大。因此临床医生应该对产前检查结果显示胎儿头位异常的孕产妇提高警惕，做好产前预防准备，严密监控产程，对产程中出现的异常反应进行及时的处理。
