【摘要】 本文通过文献综述的方法对福建省三明市公立医院改革取得的成效，改革的核心思路、关键环节以及改革中实现的政策突破进行了系统总结，为其他省市公立医院改革提供参考和借鉴。

    【Abstract】 Through literature review， the article summarizes the effectiveness of the reform of public hospitals in Sanming of Fujian Province， the core idea of the reform， the key links of the reform， and the breakthrough on policy， so as to provide reference for the reform of public hospitals in other provinces.
