中国医学创新目次38例误诊或漏诊的小肝癌MRI征象分析(1)
【摘要】 目的：探讨38例误诊或漏诊的小肝癌(small hepatocellular carcinoma， SHCC)的MRI征象。方法：分析误诊或漏诊的38例小肝癌MRI征象，各病例均经病理证实。结果：38例共发现43个病灶，其中36个病灶呈不典型MRI征象。结论：误诊或漏诊的小肝癌多为不典型MRI征象(36/43)。【关键词】 小肝癌； 漏诊； 误诊； MRI征象
