【摘要】 周围神经缺损后伤残率高，给患者的生活带来严重影响。短距离的缺损可直接修补缝合，长距离的缺损修复是外科领域的棘手难题。本文通过对周围神经缺损的动物实验模型、修复方法和桥接材料进行综述，并对该领域未来研究方向进行展望。
