【摘要】 本文阐述了胜任力的起源，从护士胜任力的概念、护士胜任力模型的构成与护士岗位胜任力的测评三方面，对国内外临床护士岗位胜任力的研究现状进行了概括，分析了国内有关护士胜任力概念与岗位胜任力评价等研究的不足。指出我国护士胜任力的研究还不成熟，缺乏客观、科学、有效的护士能力测量工具。因此，立足国情开展不同能级护士岗位胜任力的评估是未来临床护士岗位胜任力研究的方向。
