【摘要】 目的：探讨人脑胶质瘤组织中MARVELD1 的表达。方法：RT-PCR和Western blot技术检测33例脑胶质瘤组织蛋白和mRNA的表达，并以11例正常脑组织为对照。结果：相较于正常脑组织，Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级、Ⅳ级脑胶质瘤组织中MARVELD1蛋白和mRNA的表达水平差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)，Ⅲ级、Ⅳ级脑胶质瘤组织中MARVELD1蛋白和mRNA的表达水平低于Ⅰ～Ⅱ级脑胶质瘤组织和正常脑组织(P<0.05)。结论：MARVELD1对脑胶质瘤恶性程度判断有一定的指导意义，并为脑胶质瘤临床治疗提供了新的靶标。
