【摘要】 呼出气冷凝液(EBC)是一种新兴的呼吸道系统疾病检测方法。通过检测EBC中的实时生物标记物，以评价气道急慢性炎症、氧化应激水平。由于EBC具有无创、实时监测、简便、可重复等优点，具有良好的发展应用前景，因而可作为肺部疾病的诊断、疾病严重程度、药物疗效及预后评估，在COPD、哮喘、肺癌及间质性肺病得到广泛应用。本文对近年来EBC在COPD、哮喘、肺癌及间质性肺病中的研究做简要综述。
