不同麻醉方法对下肢骨折手术患者的循环功能影响对比(1)
【摘要】 目的：探究不同麻醉方式对下肢骨折手术中患者循环功能的影响。方法：选取2012年9月-2013年5月本院住院治疗的90例下肢骨折手术患者，按照麻醉方法分为两组，全麻组45例，联合组45例，分别采用全麻与硬膜外麻醉联合腰麻方式进行麻醉。分别在麻醉前(T0)、麻醉后(T1)、手术进行5 min(T2)、15 min(T3)、30 min(T4)、60 min(T5)对患者的平均血压(MAP)、心率(HR)、呼吸频率(RR)、血氧浓度(SpO2)指标数值的变化进行比较。结果：两组在术中MAP与T0时相比均有明显变化，全麻组术前MAP为(108.1±8.8)mm Hg，最低为(88.3±4.2)mm Hg，联合组术前MAP为(107.9±9.2)mm Hg，最低为(103.5±3.7)mm Hg，全麻组变化较为显著，与联合组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；HR全麻组变化从(85.2±4.6)次/min到(65.8±5.3)次/min，联合组(87.6±3.2)次/min到(73.3±4.6)次/min，全麻组变化明显，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；两组患者SpO2与RR变化比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：硬膜外麻醉联合腰麻在老年下肢骨折手术中各项指标变化相对较少，麻醉效果好，安全性更高，对于循环功能影响更小，且临床疗效较为显著。
