基层医院高血压优质护理应用体会(1)
【摘要】 目的：观察基层医院实施优质护理对高血压患者血压、生活质量的影响。方法：将本院2013年5月-2014年9月内科门诊收治的104例高血压患者随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，每组52例，对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用优质护理，比较两组护理前后血压变化、血压控制、生活质量量表情况。结果：观察组患者护理后的收缩压和舒张压与对照组相比明显改善，比较差异有统计学差异(P<0.05)；观察组护理后血压控制情况明显优于对照组，比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组生活质量评分情况优于对照组，比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：基层医院对高血压患者开展优质护理，能控制血压，提高患者生活质量。

【Abstract】 Objective：To observe the influence of high quality nursing on blood pressure in patients with high blood pressure and quality of life in the primary hospital. Method：104 hypertension patients in our hospital from May 2013 to September 2014 were randomly divided into observation group and control group， 52 cases in each group. The control group were given conventional care， while the observation group were given high quality nursing care.The changes of blood pressure，the control of blood pressure and the quality of life before and after nursing were compared. Result：After the nursing，the systolic and diastolic blood pressure，the control conditions of blood pressure and the quality of life in the observation group were significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion：In the primary hospital， carrying out high quality nursing in patients with high blood pressure can control blood pressure and improve the patients’ quality of life.

高血压是我国临床常见多发疾病之一。近几年，随着人们生活水平的提高，高血压患者人数呈明显上升趋势。我国是高血压病的大国，患病人数已达2 亿人左右，但与我国高血压流行现状和趋势形成鲜明对比的是，患者对于高血压的知晓率、治疗率和控制率知识的掌握程度处于较低水平[1-2]。我国80%的高血压患者主要分布在基层，因此，基层是临床医务工作者防治高血压的主战场[3]。高血压本身并不可怕，但高血压的并发症如脑出血、高血压脑病和高血压肾病会危及患者生命，且患者如果一直处于心理紧张状态，会进一步加重病情。因此对高血压患者应该提供护理支持，优质护理是时代发展的产物，能强化临床护理工作，优化工作流程，提高临床护理质量[4-5]。本院对52例高血压患者开展优质护理，并与常规护理对照，取得满意效果，现总结如下。

1 资料与方法
1.1 一般资料 选择本院2013年5月-2014年9月内科门诊收治的104例高血压患者。高血压诊断标准、分级标准采用2009年基层版《中国高血压防治指南》标准[6]。104例高血压患者随机数字表法分为观察组与参照组，每组各52例。观察组男32例，女20例；年龄48～74岁，平均(63.21±4.33)岁；合并冠心病21例，糖尿病12例，高血压肾病10例；高血压分期：I期21例，Ⅱ期23例，Ⅲ期8例。对照组男33例，女19例；年龄47～72岁，平均(61.32±4.12)岁；合并冠心病19例，糖尿病15例，高血压肾病11例；高血压分期：I期19例，Ⅱ期22例，Ⅲ期11例。两组患者在年龄、性别、合并症、分期等一般资料方面无统计学差异(P>0.05)，具有可比性。
