【摘要】 翼状胬肉发病尚不明确，临床治疗以手术为主，术后复发率高，为降低复发率，国内外眼科学工作者从手术方式、物理治疗及药物治疗方面进行着大量研究，本文对该疾病的临床治疗作一综述，以期为临床治疗提供理论依据和新的思维方向。

    【Abstract】 The pathogenesis of pterygium is unclear.The current treatment is mainly focused on the operation，but the high postoperative rate troubled the doctor.In order to reduce the recurrence rate，the ophthalmic researchers at home and abroad engaged in a lot of research such as surgical procedures，physics therapy and drug therapy.The purpose of this review is to summarize the clinical treatment so as to offer the theoretical foundation and new direction of thinking.
