归苓散结合剂治疗月经不调的成本及效果分析(1)
【摘要】 目的：探讨归苓散结合剂治疗月经不调的成本及效果。方法：按照随机数字表法将本组纳入的248例患者分为治疗组124例和对照组124例。治疗组采用归苓散结合剂治疗，对照组采用常规西药治疗。两组疗程均为3个月经周期。对比分析两组治疗疗效、不良反应发生情况、复发情况以及治疗成本。结果：治疗组总有效率(95.16%)显著高于对照组(77.42%)，治疗组不良反应发生率(8.87%)显著低于对照组(23.39%)，治疗组复发率(3.28%)显著低于对照组(16.53%)，治疗组治疗总成本显著低于对照组，比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：归苓散结合剂治疗月经不调患者临床疗效显著，治疗成本低、不良反应少、复发率低，临床应用安全可靠，具有重要临床研究意义。

【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the cost and effect of GUI Ling powder binder in treating irregular menstruation.Method：248 patients were randomly divided into treatment group (n=124) and control group (n=124) according to the random number table.Patients in the treatment group received GUI Ling powder binder and patients in the control group received conventional western medicine treatment.The course of treatment was 3 menstrual cycles.The therapeutic effect，adverse reactions，reoccurrence condition and treatment cost were compared and analyzed.Result：The total effective rate of the treatment (95.16%) was obviously higher than that of the control group (77.42%)；the rate of adverse reactions of the treatment group (8.87%) was significantly lower than that of the control group (23.39%)；the reoccurrence rate in the treatment group (3.28%) was obviously lower than that of the control group (16.53%)；the treatment cost in the treatment group was obviously lower than that of the control group，with statistical differences (P<0.05).Conclusion：GUI Ling powder binder has significant therapeutic effect in treating irregular menstruation.The treatment cost is low，the adverse reactions are less，reoccurrence rate is low，which is safe and reliable with important clinical significance.

月经不调是常见的一种女性疾病。近年来，随着社会压力的增加，生活节奏的加快以及人们生活水平的不断提高，月经不调的发病率也呈逐年上升趋势增加[1-2]。该病常见于育龄期女性，因此，采取合理有效且经济的治疗方法对降低其发生率尤为重要[3]。若不能采取合理治疗方案，则可能会增加其他疾病的风险，如糖尿病、子宫内膜癌等。目前，西医对于月经不调治疗以常规对症治疗为主，虽可取得明显疗效，但其复发率和不良反应高，故而使其成本增加。近年来，中医药在改善女性月经不调方面取得了显著的临床疗效，且不良反应少、复发率低、成本低，临床应用安全可靠[4-5]。归苓散结合剂是本院自研制剂，已在临床广泛应用多年，使用安全、组方合理、疗效确切。本文旨在分析归苓散结合剂治疗月经不调的成本及效果，为临床治疗提供一定的参考价值。现报道如下。
1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料 选择在2012年12月-2014年4月于本院收治的248例月经不调患者。诊断符合《实用妇产科学》中有关月经标准标准：(1)排卵性月经失调；(2)月经周期中有排卵差以及卵泡发育差，并且黄体孕激素分泌不足；(3)经量多少不一，基础体温呈双相[6]。纳入标准：(1)符合诊断标准者；(2)年龄18～40岁；(3)均经医院伦理委员会批准者；(4)与患者及其家属签署知情同意书者。排除标准：(1)不符合诊断标准及上述纳入标准者；(2)对本组研究药物过敏者；(3)其他慢性病或血液病致使的月经不调者；(4)精神疾病者；(5)合并严重心、肝、肾及造血系统等功能异常者；(6)对本组研究所用药物过敏者。按照随机数字表法将纳入本组研究的248例患者分为治疗组124例和对照组124例。治疗组患者年龄18～40岁，平均(27.59±6.21)岁；病程2个月～5年，平均(1.94±1.23)年；其中月经先期患者76例，月经后期患者24例，月经先后不定期患者14例，其他10例。对照组患者年龄19～40岁，平均年龄(28.13±6.47)岁；病程3个月～4年，平均(2.09±1.34)年；其中月经先期患者74例，月经后期患者22例，月经先后不定期患者16例，其他12例。两组患者基线资料比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，具有可比性。, 百拇医药(黄秀玉等)
