【摘要】 目的：研究早期腹腔灌洗治疗重症急性胰腺炎的效果。方法：收集2013年8月-2014年8月本院接收的重症急性胰腺炎39例患者，按照就诊日期单双号分为对照组与试验组。对照组19例进行常规治疗，试验组20例进行早期腹腔灌洗治疗，观察并比较两组的治疗效果。结果：与对照组比较，试验组治疗有效率较高，CRP、APACHEII改善情况较好，症状体征消失时间较短，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：早期腹腔灌洗治疗重症急性胰腺炎的效果显著，可迅速缓解症状体征，值得推广。
