加味蠲痹汤配合功能锻炼治疗肩周炎的临床疗效探讨(3)
本研究结果表明，两组肩周炎患者治疗前疼痛评分无明显差异，治疗前肩关节前屈、外展、后伸、内旋及外旋角度均无明显差异，提示研究结果具有可比性。另外本研究发现，试验组治疗后疼痛评分明显低于对照组，治疗后肩关节前屈、外展、后伸、内旋及外旋角度明显高于对照组，试验组肩周炎患者临床总有效率明显高于对照组，提示加味蠲痹汤配合功能锻炼治疗肩周炎患者可以降低患者的疼痛，改善关节活动功能，提高临床效果。
