复方丹参川芎唪联合多巴胺治疗肺心病疗效观察(1)
【摘要】 目的：对复方丹参川芎唪联合多巴胺进行肺心病治疗的临床疗效进行观察分析。方法：选取本院呼吸内科病室2011年12月-2013年12月收治的60例肺心病患者作为研究对象，将患者按随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各30例，对照组采用常规的综合治疗方法，观察组在常规综合治疗基础上，给予患者复方丹参川芎唪联合多巴胺治疗，对比分析两组患者的临床疗效。结果：对照组患者的治疗总有效率为53.3%，有14例患者治疗后无效，患者病症实现完全控制的平均时间为(5.7±2.3)d；观察组患者的治疗总有效率为93.3%，2例患者经治疗后无效，患者病症实现完全控制的平均时间为(2.4±0.6)d。观察组患者的临床治疗效果、病症实现完全控制的平均时间及治疗后的PaO2、PaCO2水平均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：复方丹参川芎唪联合多巴胺进行肺心病治疗，具有相对较好的治疗效果，值得在临床中进行推广应用。

【Abstract】 Objective：To observe effect of Compound Danshen Ligustrazin combined Dopamine treatment for pulmonary heart disease.Method：In our hospital 60 patients with pulmonary heart disease from December 2011 to December 2013 were selected as objects，they were randomly divided into observation group and control group，each group contained 30 cases.The control group was given conventional comprehensive therapy，the observation group on the basis of routine comprehensive treatment was given Compound Danshen Ligustrazin combined with dopamine.Clinical treatment effect of the two groups was analyzed.Result：The total efficiency of the control group was 53.3%，there were 14 patients after the treatment invalid，the average time of the patients symptoms full control was(5.7±2.3) days.And the total efficiency of the observation group was 93.3%，invalid after the treatment of 2 patients，patients with symptoms to achieve complete control of average time was(2.4±0.6) days.Clinical therapeutic effect， the average time of complete control of the disease and PaO2，PaCO2 levels after treatment in the observation group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion：Compound Danshen Ligustrazin combined with dopamine for the treatment of pulmonary heart disease，has a better treatment effect，it is worthy to popularize in the clinical application.

肺心病是临床中比较常见的一种呼吸疾病，临床表现为肺部感染或者是支气管腔狭窄阻塞、肺间质纤维化等症状，引起患者的呼吸通气以及换气功能出现障碍，表现为心力衰竭等，对于患者健康和生命安全造成极大威胁与不利影响。通常情况下，肺心病患者同时还伴有心衰等症状，并且患者的年龄相对比较大，在进行肺心病患者的临床治疗中，常规治疗主要是给予患者吸氧以及解痉、抗感染、平喘、水与电解质纠正等治疗，以进行患者病症控制，减少病症发作对于患者的危害作用。在进行肺心病患者的临床治疗应用中，复方丹参川芎唪具有抑制血小板和促进前列腺素合成等作用功能，能够实现患者血黏度以及微血栓形成的降低控制，同时还能够通过对于纤溶系统活性的促进，实现患者微循环的不改善，以促进患者血流速度的加快，对于肺心病患者的淤血症状进行改善；而多巴胺在进行肺心病患者治疗中，能够实现多巴胺受体兴奋，以进行患者心肌收缩能力的增强，实现心、肾血管的选择性扩张，在增加患者的冠脉流量和肾血流量的情况下，起到利尿作用，对于患者病症进行治疗控制[1-2]。下文将结合实例，对于复方丹参川芎唪联合多巴胺进行肺心病治疗的作用效果进行观察分析，以促进在临床中的推广应用。, http://www.100md.com(蓝光军)
