【摘要】 目的：探讨建立面向社区医院的微创技能培训基地的建设模式。方法：通过建立管理架构、建设培训基地和规范培训方法，建立面向社区医院的微创技能培训基地。结果：所培训学员均较好掌握微创手术的应用，获得官方认可的内镜手术资格证。结论：采用规范化培训的模式，有望对社区医生微创专业化培训起到积极的引导作用。

    【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the constructive mode of skill training base for minimally-invasive surgery in community hospitals of Guangzhou.Method：Skill training base for minimally invasive surgery was established by setting up management institutions，constructing training base and standardizing training disciplines.Result：The trainees could better master the application of minimally invasive surgery and obtain the official endoscopic operation certificate.Conclusion：Standard training model creates positive effects on professional training for minimally invasive surgery in community hospitals.
