自拟芪枝汤治疗缺血性中风肢体麻木的临床观察(1)
【摘要】 目的：观察自拟芪枝汤治疗缺血性中风肢体麻木的临床效果。方法：选取2013年5月-2014年10月本院收治的缺血性中风肢体麻木患者102例作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，对照组给予常规治疗，观察组在常规治疗基础上加用自拟芪枝汤治疗，比较两组治疗效果。结果：观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组，比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；两组治疗后穿衣、洗澡、吃饭、活动、上楼梯、挪动椅子、用厕、修饰、大便的评分均明显高于治疗前，且观察组治疗后洗澡、活动、挪动椅子、用厕及修饰的评分明显高于对照组，比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；治疗后两组生活满意度评分及生活质量指数评分均明显高于治疗前，且观察组高于对照组，比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生情况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：自拟芪枝汤辅助治疗缺血性中风肢体麻木可促进患者部分日常生活功能的恢复，提高患者生活满意度，临床效果显著，未发现安全性问题，发展前景广阔。

【Abstract】 Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Self-Made Qi Branch Decoction in the treatment of limb numbness caused by ischemic stroke.Method：102 patients with limb numbness caused by ischemic stroke in our hospital from May 2013 to October 2014 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was given conventional treatment，the observation group was treated with Self-Made Qi Branch Decoction on the basis of conventional treatment.The therapeutic effect was compared between the two groups.Result：The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group，the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment，the grades of dressing，taking a bath，having a meal，having activities，climbing upstairs，moving chairs，using loos，modifying and defecating were significantly higher than those before treatment，the grades of taking a bath，having activities，moving chairs，using loos and modifying in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group，the differences above were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment，the scores of LSIA and QLI in the two groups were higher than before treatment and the scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group，the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The differences in the occurrence situation of adverse reaction between the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion：In the treatment of limb numbness caused by ischemic stroke，Self-Made Qi Branch Decoction can improve the activities of some daily living and the satisfaction of daily life，it has significant clinical effects.There is no security problems in using this method and it has a broad prospects of development., http://www.100md.com(史会敏 张青川 李俊青)
