高强聚焦刀联合艾迪注射液治疗晚期原发性肝癌的临床观察(1)
【摘要】 目的：观察高强聚焦刀(HIFU)联合艾迪注射液对于晚期原发性肝癌的治疗效果。方法：对本院收治的32例不能手术同时不能TACE、且不能放化疗、不能进行靶向药物治疗的原发性肝癌患者采用高强超声聚焦刀联合艾迪注射液治疗，观察治疗后临床症状、肝功能、腹痛及生活质量改善情况。结果：治疗前，所有患者均无显效和有效，经治疗后，根据KPS评分来评估患者生活质量的改善情况可知，显效11例，有效16例，无效5例，治疗总有效率为84.4%，治疗前后总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。所有患者治疗后的腹胀、黄疸、腹水、尿量减少、恶心呕吐、乏力、腹痛等症状均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05)。所有患者治疗后的肝功能Child分级、腹痛NRS评分均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05)。OS最短为0.8个月，最长为12.3个月，中位OS为3.2个月。结论：高强聚焦刀联合艾迪注射液治疗晚期肝癌安全有效，不良反应轻，值得临床推广应用。

【Abstract】 Objective：To observe the clinical effect of high-intensity focused ultrasound(HIFU) combined with Eddy Injection for the treatment of advanced primary liver cancer.Method：32 patients with inoperable advanced primary liver cancer admitted to our hospital which could not be given transhepatic arterial chemotherapy and embolization，chemoradiation，and at the same time could not be targeted with conventional drug treatment were treated by high-intensity focused ultrasound combined with Eddy Injection，and the clinical symptoms，liver function，abdominal pain and improvement the quality of life after treatment of all patients were observed.Result：Before treatment，all patients had no obvious effect and effect.According to KPS score to assess the quality of life of patients with improved conditions，markedly effective in 11 cases，effective in 16 cases，invalid in 5 cases，the total effective rate was 84.4%，the difference was statistically significant in the total effective rate before and after treatment(P<0.05).The symptoms of abdominal distension，jaundice，ascites，urine volume reduction，nausea and vomiting，fatigue，abdominal pain of all patients after treatment were significantly improved compared with before treatment(P<0.05).The Child grade of liver function and NRS score of abdominal pain of all patients after treatment were significantly improved compared with before treatment(P<0.05).The shortest OS was 0.8 months，the longest was 12.3 months，the median OS was 3.2 months.Conclusion：High-intensity focused ultrasound combined with Eddy Injection in the treatment of advanced primary liver cancer is safe and effective，with light adverse reaction，it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
