【摘要】 目的：了解目前云南省洱源县居民的就医意愿现状及其主要影响因素。方法：对云南省洱源县不同行政区域小区居民进行现场问卷调查。结果：医疗技术水平、医保定点医院、医院收费、交通便利、医护人员服务态度等是影响患者选择医院的重要因素。另外，性别、年龄、文化程度(学历)等个体特征对患者选择医院也有很大影响。结论：重视医疗技术水平和服务质量，交通便利，以患者为中心，提供多样化服务，完善医保政策是医院赢得患者，扩大医疗市场需着力推进的几个重要方面。
