【摘要】 目的：观察探讨宫腔镜下手术治疗宫腔内病变的临床应用价值。方法：选择2013年6月-2014年6月本院收治的子宫腔内病变患者106例作为研究对象，对所选患者进行相应的宫腔镜下手术治疗，观察术中情况及术后随访情况。结果：腹腔镜检查发现：子宫浆膜下肌瘤47例，盆腔粘连10例，输卵管堵塞18例，卵巢囊肿17例，子宫穿孔和肿块14例。术中轻度疼痛46例，中度疼痛49例，11例有迷走神经刺激症状。手术平均时间24.5 min，平均出血量31.5 mL。术后随访6个月，成功随访104例，失联2例，绝大多数患者的临床症状得到显著改善。结论：宫腔镜下手术治疗宫腔内病变临床疗效高，恢复速度快，值得临床推广应用。
