【摘要】 目的：探究俯卧位踝关节后外侧、内侧联合入路治疗三踝骨折的临床效果。方法：选取2012年

    6月-2014年12月本院骨科收治的三踝骨折患者56例作为研究对象，对患者进行俯卧位的踝关节后外侧、内侧联合入路治疗，观察其临床治疗效果及相关指标。结果：所有患者手术治疗后均得到准确随访，随访时间5～25个月，平均11.3个月，骨折愈合时间2～5个月，平均4.1个月。临床治疗效果优、良、可分别29例、22例、5例，优良率91.1%。结论：俯卧位踝关节后外侧和内侧联合入路治疗三踝骨折具有操作简单、可靠、治疗效果好的优点，值得在临床上推广应用。
