【摘要】 目的：探讨血清降钙素原和C反应蛋白在儿童感染性疾病早期诊治中的应用价值。方法：选取2012年6月-2014年8月本科收治的1268例感染性疾病患儿为研究对象，根据病原学与血清学结果分为两组，比较两组入院治疗前及治疗后PCT、CRP、WBC及ESR水平。结果：治疗前细菌感染组PCT、CRP水平及阳性率均显著高于非细菌感染组，细菌感染组PCT阳性率明显高于CRP阳性率，以上比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前细菌感染组WBC、ESR水平及阳性率与非细菌感染组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：PCT和CRP在儿童感染性疾病中均显著增高，但是在早期判定感染性质上PCT较CRP更优越，PCT能够更准确地反映感染性疾病的程度，对感染性疾病的诊断以及预后判断具有良好的临床应用价值。
