IL—6和TNF—α在结肠癌患者血清中的测定及其意义(3)
综上所述，结肠癌患者血清细胞因子TNF-α和IL-6浓度与正常人相比差异显著，与肿瘤分期具有相关性，且手术切除肿瘤后，血清细胞因子出现明显变化，提示两种细胞因子对评估恶性肿瘤患者预后、检验以及治疗有一定临床价值。
