临床护理路径在急性肾损伤并上消化道出血患者护理中的应用(1)
【摘要】 目的：探讨临床护理路径在急性肾损伤(AKI)并上消化道出血患者护理中的应用。方法：选取2010年3月-2015年1月本院收治的AKI并上消化道出血患者54例，并根据患者采用的护理方法将其分为干预组31例和常规组23例，常规组患者采用常规护理方法进行护理，干预组患者按照临床护理路径进行系统的护理干预。比较两组患者的住院天数、住院费用及死亡情况，并于患者出院前1 d，采用问卷调查方式调查患者对疾病健康知识的掌握程度及对护理的满意度，同时比较护理质量评分。结果：干预组患者的住院天数明显短于常规组，住院费用明显少于常规组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)；干预组患者住院病死率为32.26%(10/31)，常规组为47.83%(11/23)，组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).干预组患者的健康知识掌握率87.10%(27/31)明显高于常规组的60.87%(14/23)，患者对护理满意度100%明显高于常规组的78.26%，护理质量评分(97.28±2.45)分明显高于对照组的(90.67±2.59)分，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：应用临床护理路径在AKI并上消化道出血患者的护理中，有利于缩短患者住院时间，减少住院费用，提高护理质量，值得临床推广。
