舒筋散熏洗联合经筋推拿治疗早中期膝骨关节炎的疗效观察(1)
【摘要】 目的：观察舒筋散熏洗联合经筋推拿治疗早中期膝骨关节炎的临床效果。方法：选取2013年1月-2014年12月本院收治的早中期膝骨关节炎患者94例作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组，对照组给予经筋推拿治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上给予舒筋散熏洗治疗，观察比较两组临床疗效及治疗前后膝关节功能、日常生活能力、中医证候积分情况。结果：观察组总有效率高于对照组，治疗后观察组膝关节功能、日常生活能力、中医证候积分得分均明显优于治疗前及对照组，比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：舒筋散熏洗联合经筋推拿治疗早中期膝骨关节炎疗效显著，值得临床推广应用。

【Abstract】 Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Shujin san fumigation combined with tendon massage in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis in early middle stage.Method：94 patients with knee osteoarthritis of early middle stage in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2014 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was given the treatment of tendon massage，while the observation group was given Shujin san fumigation on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy and the scores of knee joint function，daily living capacity and TCM syndrome integral were compared between the two groups.Result：The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group，the scores of knee joint function，daily living capacity and TCM syndrome integral in the observation group were significantly better than those before treatment and those in the control group，the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion：The efficacy of Shujin san fumigation combined with tendon massage in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis in early middle stage is notable，which is worthy of clinical application.

骨性关节炎是一种慢性关节疾病，主要表现为关节疼痛、畸形及活动障碍等，以中老年人多发，且近年来发病率呈上升趋势[1]。本院针对早中期膝骨关节炎采用舒筋散熏洗联合经筋推拿治疗，疗效显著，现报道如下。
1 资料与方法
1.1 一般资料 选取2013年1月-2014年12月本院收治的早中期膝骨关节炎患者94例作为研究对象。所选患者均符合中华医学会骨科学分会制订的《骨关节炎诊治指南(2007版)》及国家中医药管理局制订的《中医病证诊断疗效标准》[2-3]。排除合并化脓性关节炎、结核、痛风、风湿及类风湿性关节炎者。采用随机数字表法将所选患者分为观察组和对照组。观察组47例，其中男22例，女25例，年龄38～72岁，平均(59.7±3.5)岁，病程1.8～12.9年，平均(5.8±1.2)年。对照组47例，其中男24例，女23例，年龄39～71岁，平均(58.8±4.1)岁，病程2.1～13.4年，平均(5.9±1.4)年。两组性别、年龄、病程及病情等一般资料比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，具有可比性。
