颈2背根神经节脉冲射频联合复方天麻颗粒治疗对颈源性头痛患者近期疗效(1)
【摘要】 目的：探讨颈2背根神经脉冲射频联合复方天麻颗粒治疗对颈源性头痛患者近期疗效。方法：选取2011年10月-2015年3月本院疼痛科收治的颈源性头痛患者78例作为研究对象，按患者接受的治疗方案分为射频组和阻滞组，射频组行颈2背根神经节脉冲射频治疗，阻滞组行神经阻滞治疗，两组均给予复方天麻颗粒口服，比较两组临床疗效及并发症发生情况。结果：治疗3个月后，射频组治疗总有效率明显高于阻滞组，比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；治疗后各时间点两组VAS评分和ROM评分均明显低于治疗前，比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；治疗后3个月，射频组VAS评分和ROM评分均明显低于阻滞组，比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；两组治疗期间不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：颈2背根神经节脉冲射频联合复方天麻颗粒治疗颈源性头痛具有较好的临床疗效，疗效较为持久，明显优于神经阻滞治疗，且安全性较好。

【Abstract】 Objective：To discuss the short-term effect of pulsed radiofrequency application to C2 dorsal root ganglion combined with Compound Tianma Granule on patients with cervical headache.Method：78 patients with cervical headache in the pain department of our hospital from October 2011 to March 2015 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the pulse frequency group and the nerve block group.Patients in the pulse frequency group received pulsed radiofrequency to C2 dorsal root ganglion，the nerve block group received nerve block treatment，both groups received Compound Tianma Granule treatment.The clinical effect and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Result：After 3 months of treatment，the total effective rate of the pulse frequency group was higher than that of the nerve block group，the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The VAS and ROM scores of the two groups at different time points after treatment were lower than those before treatment，the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05).After 3 months of treatment，the VAS and ROM scores of the pulse frequency group were lower than those of the nerve block group，the differences were statistically significant(P>0.05).The difference in the incidence rates of the two groups were not statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion：Pulsed radiofrequency application to C2 dorsal root ganglion combined with Compound Tianma Granule in patients with cervical headache has better clinical efficacy and the efficacy is lasting.It is significantly better than the nerve block treatment and it has high security.
