集束化护理管理在ICU患者安全管理中的实施效果及满意度的影响(1)
【摘要】 目的：研究集束化护理管理对于重症加护病房(Intensive Care Unit，ICU)患者安全管理中的实施效果及满意度的影响。方法：从2012年4月-2014年4月在本院就诊的ICU患者中选取100例作为研究对象，按照奇偶数字法将其分为观察组和对照组，每组50例。对照组患者采取临床传统护理，观察组患者采取集束化护理管理，观察对比两组患者护理前后的生活质量评分、SAS及SDS评分，护理时间、护理后感染情况及患者对护理的满意度情况。结果：两组患者护理前生活质量各指标评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组护理后生活质量各指标评分均升高，且观察组患者生活质量各指标评分均明显高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组护理后SAS和SDS评分均明显低于护理前，且观察组均明显低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的护理时间明显短于对照组，且护理后感染率2.00%明显低于对照组的16.00%，观察组患者对护理的满意度64.00%明显高于对照组的42.00%，且观察组的不满意度4.00%明显低于对照组的24.00%，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：对ICU患者实施集束化护理管理对于其安全管理具有较好的实施效果，并且取得了患者较高的满意度，值得在临床护理中推荐。

【Abstract】 Objective：To study the influence of the implementation effect and satisfaction of cluster of nursing management in safety management of Intensive Care Unit(ICU) patients.Method：100 patients with ICU admitted to our hospital from April 2012 to April 2014 were selected as research objects.They were divided into the observation group and the control group according to parity digital method，50 cases in each group.The control group was given traditional clinical nursing，the observation group was given cluster of nursing management.The quality of life score，SAS score and SDS score before and after nursing，the nursing time，the infection rate after nursing and patient satisfaction with nursing between the two groups were observed and compared.Result：There were no statistically significant differences in each indexes of quality of life score between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).The each indexes of quality of life score in two groups after nursing were significantly increased，and those in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group，the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The SAS score and SDS score of the two groups after nursing were significantly lower than before nursing，and those of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group，the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing time of the observation group was significantly shorter than the control group，the infection rate after nursing was(2.00%) significantly lower than 16.00% of the control group，the patient satisfaction with nursing of the observation group was(64.00%) significantly higher than 42.00% of the control group，the dissatisfaction of observation group was(4.00%) significantly lower than 24.00% of the control group，the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion：The implementation of nursing management has a better effect for the safety management for patients with ICU，and achieved a high degree of satisfaction of patients.It is worthy of recommendation in clinical nursing., 百拇医药(朱玉)
