腹腔镜胃转流术治疗2型糖尿病的个体化护理(1)
【摘要】 目的：研究应用个体化护理服务模式对2型糖尿病患者在接受腹腔镜胃转流术治疗期间实施护理的临床效果。方法：选择2013年2月-2015年2月在本院就诊的接受腹腔镜胃转流术治疗的2型糖尿病患者80例，按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组，每组40例。对照组采用常规糖尿病护理模式实施护理。观察组采用个体化护理模式实施护理。观察比较两组患者的治疗效果、治疗期间对护理服务的满意度、治疗后血糖水平恢复正常时间和2型糖尿病治疗总时间及治疗期间患者的不良反应发生情况。结果：观察组患者的治疗总有效率90.0%明显高于对照组的67.5%，治疗期间对护理服务的满意度95.0%(38/40)明显高于对照组的80.0%(32/40)，治疗后血糖水平恢复正常时间和2型糖尿病治疗总时间均明显短于对照组，不良反应发生率2.5%明显低于对照组的20.0%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：个体化护理服务模式在2型糖尿病患者腹腔镜胃转流术治疗期间的临床护理效果显著，值得在临床推广应用。

【Abstract】 Objective：To research the clinical effect of individualized care model for type 2 diabetes patients receiving care during the treatment of laparoscopic gastric bypass.Method：80 patients with type 2 diabetes underwent laparoscopic gastric bypass surgery treatment in our hospital from February 2013 to February 2015 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method，40 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional diabetes care model，the observation group was given individualized nursing model.The treatment effect，satisfaction with care during treatment，the time of blood sugar levels return to normal after treatment，the total treatment time of type 2 diabetes and adverse reactions during treatment between the two groups were observed and compared.Result：The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.0%，which was significantly higher than 67.5% of the control group，the satisfaction with care during treatment of the observation group was 95.0%(38/40)，which was significantly higher than 80.0%(32/40) of the control group，the time of blood sugar levels return to normal after treatment and the total treatment time of type 2 diabetes in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group，the incidence of adverse reaction in the observation group was (2.5%) significantly lower than 20.0% in the control group，the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion：The clinical nursing effect of individualized care model for patients with type 2 diabetes during the treatment of laparoscopic gastric bypass is significant，is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
