乳酸杆菌在阴道炎治疗中的作用及恢复阴道微生态环境的相关研究(1)

     【摘要】 目的:研究并分析乳酸杆菌在阴道炎治疗中的作用及其对恢复阴道微生态环境的重要价值。方法:选取本院2013-2014两年期间收治的各种阴道炎患者120例作为研究对象,并将其分为6小组,即细菌性阴道病观察组、对照组,滴虫性阴道炎观察组、对照组,外阴阴道假丝酵母菌观察组、对照组,每组各20例。对照组单纯运用抗生素治疗,观察组运用抗菌药物联合乳酸杆菌的方式治疗,对患者进行不同时期的阴道微生态环境评价,比较6组的阴道pH值、菌群密集度、菌群多样性、乳酸杆菌数量和治疗效果。结果:细菌性阴道病、滴虫性阴道炎以及外阴阴道假丝酵母菌观察组的pH值、阴道菌群密度以及菌群多样性等方面均有明显改善,且其临床治疗总有效率明显优于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:阴道炎患者给予乳酸杆菌进行治疗可尽快帮助患者恢复阴道微生态环境,疗效确切、安全性好、复发率低,值得推广。

    【Abstract】 Objective:To study and analyze the role of lactic acid bacteria in the treatment of vaginitis and its important value on restoring vaginal micro ecological environment. Method:120 cases with vaginitis in our hospital were selected as the research objects from 2013 to 2014,they were divided into six groups,the bacterial vaginal disease observation group and control group, the trichomonas vaginitis observation group and control group, the vulva vagina candida observation group and control group,20 cases in each group.The control group was given pure antibiotics treatment,the observation group was used the method of antimicrobial agents combined lactobacillus treatment,the patients were evaluated vaginal micro ecological environment,the vaginal pH intensity, flora, the flora diversity, lactobacillus quantity of in different periods and therapeutic effect of six groups were compared.Result:The pH value, density and diversity of flora vaginal flora in the observation group of trichomonas vaginitis, bacterial vaginal disease and vulva vagina candida were improved significantly,and the clinical total effective rate was obviously better than the control group,compared those of two groups, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Vaginitis patients with lactobacilli treatment can help patients to restore vaginal micro ecological environment as soon as possible,it has good curative effect, safety, low recurrence rate and worthy of promotion.

    临床上治疗阴道炎的抗菌药物应用较为广泛,但抗生素的耐药性和毒副作用仍会妨碍一些相关病例的治疗,致使阴道微生态恢复较差[1-2]。为更深入地研究并分析乳酸杆菌在阴道炎治疗中的作用及其对恢复阴道微生态环境的重要价值,本院开展本研究,现报告如下。

    1 资料与方法

    1.1 一般资料 选取本院2013-2014两年期间共收治的各种阴道炎患者120例为研究对象,所有患者的临床诊断均符合阴道炎的相关诊断标准,其中细菌性阴道病、滴虫性阴道炎、外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病患者各40例;年龄20~50岁,平均(35.5±3.5)岁;无糖尿病、冠心病等疾病,且无重要脏器损伤。治疗前2周,均未使用任何抗生素治疗,无阴道灌洗且无性生活。将三种类型阴道炎患者分为6小组、2大组,6小组即细菌性阴道病观察组、对照组,滴虫性阴道炎观察组、对照组,外阴阴道假丝酵母菌观察组、对照组,每组各20例;2大组即观察组和对照组,每组各60例。各组的年龄、病情等一般资料比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性。, 百拇医药(吕向荣 钱莹 张秋红)
