【摘要】 肾病综合征状态时甲状腺激素的合成、分泌及临床检测指标的水平会发生显著变化。而甲状腺功能减退时体内甲状腺激素水平持续降低会造成肾脏损害，对肾病综合征水肿、尿蛋白流失及血脂的异常等方面也具有较大的影响，从而进一步加重了肾病综合征病情变化。了解肾病综合征与甲状腺功能减退之间的关系及发病机制，对于两种疾病的诊治都具有较大意义。
