【摘要】 缺血性肠病(Ischemic bowel disease，IBD)近年来越来越受到重视，由于其死亡率高，临床特点不典型，缺血性肠病极易引起误诊。一旦怀疑有缺血性肠病的患者，应及早行腹部CT、选择性腹腔动脉造影、肠镜等检查，该病治疗以内科治疗、手术治疗和介入治疗为主。
