【摘要】 目的：研究CT检查类风湿关节炎相关间质性肺疾病的临床意义。方法：选择本院收治的31例类风湿关节炎相关间质性肺疾病患者为研究对象，对其临床治疗资料进行回顾性分析。结果：CT诊断30例患者为类风湿关节炎相关间质性肺疾病，诊断准确率为96.77%。CT表现：磨玻璃影5例，11例为渗出斑片浸润影，14例为网格影。结论：临床上运用CT对风湿关节炎相关间质性肺疾病进行检查，能够明确病灶部位和病变类型，有助于治疗方案的制定。
