【摘要】 目的：分析肱骨外科颈骨折手术使用交锁髓内钉的临床护理效果。方法：选取本院2013年1月-2014年8月收治的肱骨外科颈骨折行交锁髓内钉手术患者40例作为研究对象，按入院编号随机平均分为试验组和对照组，每组20例。试验组患者给予临床综合性护理，对照组患者给予临床基础性护理，对比两组护理效果。结果：试验组关节恢复优良率(90.0%)、护理满意率(95.0%)、并发症发生率(5.0%)均优于对照组，比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：肱骨外科颈骨折患者行交锁髓内钉手术期间实施临床综合性护理干预安全、可靠，可提高患者关节功能优良率，改善生活现状，值得临床推广使用。
